Phase 1 of Ardelyx Headquarters in Waltham Phase 1 is completed and occupied. The phase 2 expansion is presently under construction and will be occupied in the summer of 2025.
MKS INSTRUMENTS INC - ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENT - Shattuck Road - Andover, MA
Building entry accessibility Improvements from the main employee parking lot are completed and operational.
GRISWOLD MEMORIAL LIBRARY - FEASIBILITY STUDY, COLRAIN, MA
LA&P will lead a multidiscipline team for the feasibility study for the site and building improvements of the historic Griswold Memorial Library in Colrain, MA. The study will include new accessibility features, additional parking, mitigation of site drainage deficiencies, as well as a new community gathering space to expand library programming for special events, such as a bandstand area to outdoor movies, plays and other programs. The design intent is to craft sustainable concepts that promote community outdoor spaces that link indoor and outdoor site environments.
DUFFY PROPERTIES - FACADE IMPROVEMENTS - HEADQUARTERS 465 Waverley Oaks Rd - Waltham, MA
Improvements to Duffy Properties headquarters building’s main entry are completed and operational.
SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION - FIELD OFFICE - 135 Beaver Street - Waltham, MA
LA&P is presently in the design of the new Social Security Field office in Waltham. Construction completion is targeted for the fall of 2025.
AMERICAN ROBOTICS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS - Waltham, MA
The new corporate headquarters for American Robotics was recently completed and occupied. WESTON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Stephen Larocque recently extended his appointment to the Weston Zoning Board of Appeals for another three-year term which will expire in 2027.
SEMINAR ON “COMPLETE STREETS”
Stephen Larocque participated as a presenter in an urban planning seminar sponsored by Nitsch Engineering on “Complete Street,” which focused on his involvement as Chairman of the Weston Town Center Improvement Project. The seminar was entitled: “Building Street That Work for People: Revisiting Multimodal & Green Streets Post Pandemic.”
